It’s Friday and the #LottoMax is $50 million again with 10 additional prizes of $1 million each ! Would you want the 50, or be happy with just 1? Because it’s fun to imagine, what would YOU do with the money?

     First thing I would do is buy homes for my close friends with kids and set up college funds for all of them. I would pay off the debts and bills of those who had shown me kindness when they did so simply because they are good people. I would turn as many animal shelters as I could into no-kill sancuary’s and give pet food as well as people meals to the Food Bank. Then I would buy myself a condo in Toronto and a Penthouse in NYC and spend a year culturing myself and becoming a better person. But the main thing I would love to do with that kind of money is give people a chance. I would love to create and host a program similar to Extreme Home Makeover where I would travel the continent and meet with kids either in the inner cities or in the country. These kids would be creative, clever, and determined to change the world. The only thing stopping them from a university education and making unimaginable contirbutions to the world is money and I would surprise the lucky ones by fully covering the costs of their school and living expenses. It would be a thing where people write in, I meet with teachers, community leaders, non-profit directors, and families to find the good people that the world is overlooking and put them in positions to make this planet a better place. I can’t imagine what could be more rewarding, and what the hell is the point of being super wealthy if you can’t help make other people’s dreams come true also? :-)
